Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy for online orders is as follows:

10 days for a refund and 14 days for exchanges or in-store credit. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be attached. Any returns with evidence of wear, or missing tags will be returned to sender.

All SALE ITEMS are final sale.

Undergarments and intimates are final sale.

In some events, exceptions can be made if a call is made to (250) 260-4076 BEFORE the policy window is closed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount of your returned item/s + tax will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can be seen on your bank statement within a certain amount of days based on your Credit Card companies policies.

Don’t see your refund but have an email from Wearabouts saying that it has been processed?

If you cant see your refund on your Credit Card statement after a few business days, contact your credit card company directly. Depending on your financial institutions policies and practices it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve taken this step and still have not received your refund within the period of time advised by your financial institution, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it from our end.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be advised via email as soon as we receive your return.
